Ho Chi Minh Uni student Le Nguyen receives Rieter Award

This year Rieter had again presented their popular Rieter Award to a student in Vietnam, after a break of 4 years. This time the Rieter Award was presented to Ms. Le Nguyen Bao Quyen, from the Ho Chi Minh University of Technology. Ms. Le had made her thesis about none woven, another very interesting branch in the diversified field of textile applications.

Ms. Le could enjoy the Rieter Award week in Switzerland and Barcelona middle of September this year together with all the other Award winners from all over the world.

The hand over of the crystal and the certificate has been done on the occasion of the Rieter Symposium in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The event was held on 25 October 2011 where over 100 persons from 36 customers of the southern part of Vietnam were attending. The hand over ceremony was attracting the audience very much and it was appreciated well that Rieter is supporting young students in this field.
