Alpaca United to showcase NA Alpaca product at ITMAAlpaca United is proud to announce its participation in the 2011 International Textile Machinery Association (ITMA) exhibition in Barcelona, Spain.

From September 22nd - 29th, Alpaca United will showcase North American Alpaca product at this prestigious international trade fair held once every four years. ITMA will feature the latest developments in fiber, yarn, and fabric combined with state-of-the-art textile processing equipment. The event attracts thousands of buyers from around the world and provides an opportunity for buyers and sellers to interact at all levels of the textile value chain.

Alpaca United's participation in ITMA will allow the industry to extend its fiber model from that of a cottage industry to that of a commercially viable textile raw material competing at the upper end of the luxury market.

CEO, Nick Hahn, other senior executives and owner/managers of leading Alpaca farms from across the US will be on hand and available to discuss brand identity, positioning, sourcing opportunities, and future company initiatives.

Alpaca United will showcase fiber, yarn and fabric samples while educating buyers and industry professionals on the performance, esthetics and value of this unique natural fiber.

* Maintenance of production equipment and vital components.
